11. CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE
Graffeo Cravatte will not be responsible for any delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, without any penalty, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
In the event of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day deadline starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Graffeo Cravatte , Strada Statale 113 Km. 326, 100 n°47 91011 Alcamo (TP) ITALY, of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to email@example.com
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Graffeo Cravatte will refund all payments made by the purchaser without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days, from the day which Graffeo Cravatte is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise established.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
Customers are hereby informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier himself.
If if customs duties/charges are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked in customs or sent back with any additional expenses always borne by the sender).
The Products must be returned:
- properly packed in their original packaging, undamaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, the amount will be credited back with the same payment method used at the time of purchase, if possible (Credit Card on the website, PayPal).
It is possible to ship your return by courier or other shipping methods. You must send the return at your own expense, using a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned shipments.
You can replace the ordered product within 14 days of delivery.

1. DELIVERY TIMES
Depending on product availability, Graffeo Cravatte guarantees that your order will leave the warehouse as quickly as possible - from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 7 working days.
How is it calculated?
Along with product availability, we must also factor in the time it takes to process an order. Orders placed via online payment (credit card and PayPal) with Express Courier delivery have the fastest processing and delivery time.
Types of payment and delivery methods can affect the shipping time. For example, orders with deferred payment (such as bank transfer) may affect the shipping date by a couple of days, as they are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
Once the order has been placed and the payment method and delivery method selected, the goods are given to the courier for delivery to your home.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
For deliveries by courier to the rest of the world, a flat-rate cost of € 20.00 will be charged.
Should there be a delay in the delivery of your goods, we will promptly contact you. If the goods are not delivered within 20 days, it is possible to request the cancellation of the order and the consequent refund.
3. DELIVERY TIPS
- If you are not present when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please contact the courier to establish another delivery date.
If this doesn't work, Graffeo Cravatte srl will be notified by the courier.
There will then be a notification via e-mail that the parcel will be in the courier's depot. Here it will remain for a maximum of 10 days.
After that, it will be automatically returned to Graffeo Cravatte.
- Check that the correct number of packages is indicated on the transport document.
- Check that the package is intact and unaltered (this includes sealing or closing strips).
- Before signing for the delivery, write, "Goods inspection reserved due to (tampering, breakage, damage, etc.)" if you notice anything wrong with the condition of your package.
- Report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods.
4. DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT
Before activating the procedure described below, it is advisable to check the package using the online tracking received on your e-mail address at the time of shipment and contact the reference courier for further details and information.
