Please note that the products featured on the site may be out of production, and availability is not guaranteed. We have tried to optimize the display of the colors of our products but, nevertheless, the colors you will see may vary depending on the monitors and may not be accurate.

The measurements included in the description are approximate therefore they may have a minimum of oscillation.

Orders placed by resellers are subject to a minimum order in the amount of 30 pieces; below this amount, orders will not be taken into consideration and for this reason canceled.

All prices are in euros. The prices may change without notice.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

The laws in force in Italy govern all matters arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions of sale, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance and application. All legal proceedings arising out of, or about, these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be brought exclusively to the city of Trapani, Italy.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY


There are no implicit or explicit guarantees other than those established in the confirmation of the goods contained in the order by Graffeo Cravatte.
Graffeo Cravatte will not be liable for damages of any kind deriving from the use of the site. This includes (but is not limited to) direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Some states have laws that do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain harm. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above liabilities, exclusions or limitations may not apply and you may have additional rights.

9. SEVERABILITY


If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will remain in full force, to the extent permitted by law.

11. CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE


Graffeo Cravatte will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, without any penalty, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.

In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

Following the withdrawal from this contract, Graffeo Cravatte will reimburse all payments made by the buyer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days, from the day on which Graffeo Cravatte is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

The Products must be returned:
- properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
- with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Graffeo Cravatte to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address);
- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale).

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, the amount will be re-credited with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card on the website, PayPal).


COURIER SERVICE


It is possible to ship your return by courier or other shipping methods. You must send the return at your own expense, using a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned returns.

EXCHANGES

SHIPMENT


The shipping cost is calculated automatically on the basis of the total weight of the products ordered. You can see the exact shipping cost before completing the order.

1. DELIVERY TIMES


Depending on product availability, Graffeo Cravatte guarantees that your order will leave the warehouse as quickly as possible - from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 7 working days.

How is it calculated?

Along with the availability of products, we must also take into account the time it takes to handle an order. Orders placed via online payment (credit card and PayPal) with Express Courier delivery have the fastest processing and delivery times.

Types of payment and delivery methods can affect the shipping time. For example, orders with deferred payment (such as bank transfer) can affect the shipping date by a couple of days, as they are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Once the order has been placed and the payment method and delivery method selected, the goods are given to the courier for delivery to your home.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries by courier to the rest of the world will be charged a flat rate of € 20.00.
Should there be a delay in the delivery of your goods we will contact you promptly. If the goods are not delivered within 20 days, it is possible to request the cancellation of the order and the consequent refund.

3. SUGGESTIONS FOR DELIVERY


- If you are not present when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please contact the courier to establish another delivery date.

If this does not work, Graffeo Cravatte srl will be notified by the courier.
There will then be an e-mail notification that the package will be in the courier's depot. Here it will remain for up to 10 days.

After that, it will be automatically returned to Graffeo Cravatte.

- Check that the correct number of packages is indicated on the transport document.

- Check that the package is intact and not altered (this includes the sealing or closing strips).

- Before signing for delivery, write, "Goods inspection reservation due for (tampering, breakage, damage, etc)" if you notice anything wrong with the condition of your package.

- Report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods.

4. DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT

Once the request has been received and the various necessary checks have been carried out, within 30 days, the Seller will refund the price of the products purchased.
